Here are some of the things you can do, as you visit Esoy Hot Spring:
- Cross the hanging bridge
Don’t you dare miss their hanging bridge! Whether you like it or NOT, you will have to cross a narrow hanging bridge to reach the main falls. Crossing it is the only way to get to the main part.
- River trekking
After passing the first stage of the challenge, you will have to take a short 200-meter river trek, to reach the main Esoy Hot Spring. As you take this river trek, you will be seeing small monkeys hanging at the tall trees. I bet they won’t get near you. Don’t worry, they are quite shy monkeys.
You will get to take dips while going to the main falls. So, you will be totally wet before reaching the part. Plus, there will be a trekking guide who will show you the way.
- Rock climbing
If you think river trekking is not enough, you can try climbing lofty rocks near the hot spring. Before reaching the main falls, we climb to the top so that we could jump and start the real adventure. JUMP JUMP JUMP! I guess, that’s the purpose of the canyoneering. A-D-V-E-N-T-U-R-E!
- Falls Massage
If you think that you can’t try the jumping activity, enjoy a soothing massage under the descending waters of their beloved waterfalls. Waterfall is 15ft. only.
- Fish Feeding
Your assigned trekking guide will also let you feed the fish in the river. Last time, the owner/ tour guide brought a bread and feed the fishes. Piranha attack! LOL
- Hot Spring
Trust me, dipping into the hot spring made me think of YOU. Kidding!
The hot spring really helped us removed our stresses and made it relaxed our minds. In fact, soaking in hot springs has many healthy benefits. The reason why hotsprings have healing powers and are beneficial are a combination of the temperature of the water along with the mineral content.
Oh no. Dry……
When you go inside the cave, there’s another hotspring.
Aside from relaxation you will experience, according to the article I read, soaking in hot springs increases your blood flow, circulation, metabolism, and helps cure back pain and insomnia.

Every hot spring has healing properties because it has been boiled with foreign substances, and thus acquires a new useful quality (c).
I’ve been looking high and low, and it seems that most liberal arts schools are populated by heavy drinkers and partiers, which I am not interested in. If I can, I’d like to double major in creative writing and journalism.. Thank you!.
